Hedge Germander. Sprays of pink-purple flowers in summer, over small, deep green, glossy leaves.
Sun, well-drained soil. H: 45cm
If regularly clipped, this plant is ideal for use in place of traditional box hedging, as in Prince Charles' garden at Highgrove. Alternatively, it can be left unclipped and allowed to flower, when it becomes very attractive to bees and butteflies.
